I love that it allows me to be able to send out reminders for appointments to my entire staff, not just those who have access to Outlook. It also gives us an opportunity to check off people as they attend their appointment. The software is very easy to use. I love how easy it is to use, especially when you're out of town! It's so simple that anyone can follow along with all of their classes. The only thing about this software i dislike is that sometimes there are problems where you have to refresh or close your browser for it to work again. I love that it's easy to use, has many different options for reporting as well as being able to send out reminders if you forget something is due!
