A flexible piece doesn't make sense to me.

Flexible drill holder doesn't really do the job. He couldn't tighten the screw as tight as needed. I bought something else without this flexible tool. Saved money.

Pros

The head is highly adjustable, automatically adjusting to standard screws from 1/4" to 3/4" and metric screws from 7mm to 19mm.
