Device received intact. I unpacked it and found everything needed to install it. However, I had trouble getting it to work. I have a lot of experience with routers and just set it up the way I usually set up another company's router and it seemed like it wouldn't connect to the internet and I couldn't get it to connect. let me customize it I started from scratch, carefully following each step, and everything worked correctly. In short, follow the instructions diligently. I found that it communicated with the wireless devices without further configuring the devices since I was using the same SSID and wireless password as the previous modem. My iPhone 5 and laptop connect well and seem to be working fine. I don't use the cloud aspect of the device, so I can't comment on that aspect of the device. It's a lot smaller than the router I replaced and I love it.
