Review on KEPEAK Flashlight High Lumens Rechargeable, 10000 Lumens LED Flash Light, Tactical Handheld Flashlights Super Bright, Zoomable, 5 Modes & Mode Memory, Water Resistant For Emergency Camping Hiking by Joaquin Bennett

Revainrating 5 out of 5

This is a pretty decent flashlight

I have used this for a couple hours now and I really like it. I bought something similar about 5 years ago ( name brand), which has been my EDC flashlight since I bought it. My EDC uses an 18650 battery like this flashlight and it has the same power settings, including strobe and SOS. My EDC is slimmer than this flashlight, but this light feels good in my hand. The only negative I have about this flashlight is that it is too large to easily fit in my front pocket, whereas my EDC light fits easily in my front pocket. Things that this flashlight has that my EDC light does not are 1) the ability to tighten and widen the beam, 2) an indicator for how much battery life is left, and 3) the ability to use AAA batteries when a charged 18650 is not available. What is really amazing is the price point of this flashlight. My EDC cost 3 times as much as this flashlight.11/27/2022 - Coming back to this review a couple weeks after I wrote it. Just figured out that trying to charge this thing with a USB cable requires some luck. Not a deal breaker for me since I have a charger and extra 18650 batteries that I can use with this. Just got lazy and did not want to go out to the garage to get a charged battery. So, I tried plugging it into a type C USB charging cable and the edge of the cable bottoms out on the circle cutout. The circle for the USB charging port needs to be bigger or the plug needs to be moved up so that the USB charging cable can actually make a connection. Still my go to flashlight around the house. Decided to try different brand USB cables on it and 2 out of 5 different brands ended up working. I tried it on a USB fast charger on my vehicle and no matter what cable I used it would not charge.
