What a waste! I ordered 2 identical sets. You can't go wrong with 3M kits, right? NOT CORRECT! I spent over an hour playing around with this roll of tape. Then it went into the 2nd pack for the 2nd reel only to find the same thing. OLD BAND! I ended up going to the hardware store and spending another $10 for 1 more roll of tape which actually worked and barely made it through both windows which had to be done. I don't know who the seller was but find out and never buy from them again. What a scam to put old unusable tape in new boxes or kits to save money! So not only did it cost me 2 lots AND another $10 for a roll of glue that REALLY worked, it also took me 2 hours of messing around with other rolls! And also 1 paid hour of my work time! One side was fine and stuck to the window frame. So I went around both windows with it, only to find out that the side you stick the plastic to is NOT worth it! Pull, tug, take a knife, use your nails, whatever. This will not work. I sincerely believe they put the old duct tape in those boxes to get rid of them! Just be careful! I want my money back or the cost of the extra band and hour I paid for zero progress with Jack of All Trades!
