I bought the TP-Link print server after reading positive reviews of a successful installation (knowing it wasn't going to be an automated process). However, it turned out to be more difficult than I thought based on the reviews. After not following the instructions in the positive reviews, I was able to go to the TP-Link website and click the "Chat" icon. This brought up a number of tutorial installation options. I went with the Windows 10 installation option, which includes step-by-step instructions for manual installation. The instructions were easy to follow and after following them I had a working print server.
