Review on πŸ”ͺ Zyliss 31380 - ZYLISS Utility Paring Knife with Sheath Cover, 5.5-Inch Stainless Steel Blade, Purple by John Hall

Slice and dice!

I've been using Henkel knives for decades. I came across this knife on a cooking channel YouTube video. It's larger than a paring knife but smaller than a real chef's knife. And the blade is incredibly sharp. Effortlessly cuts romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, chicken breasts. I don't use a sheath and threw it away thinking it was a bit difficult to maneuver the knife inside and out and that in itself might cut my hand. Depending on how you store your knives, you may need a separate knife case. It's light and easy to hold. I don't think it has the speed of a chef's knife. I've been homeschooling for a few years and have used other high end knives. But for now this is a quality knife and I really could get another knife or a bigger one. My only disappointment is literally the packaging. I know it should be secure but it was quite difficult to open the package.
