. This pack works great for me. I scan and manage many different types of documents, from original documents to receipts and business cards. I read reviews that the quality of the scans wasn't very good. But I watched the demo and saw the results well. This isn't a high-end $5,000 scanner. This is a sub $500 product and you can't expect super high results. I have a Xerox scanner at work that is used in a multi-person office and the quality of this large network scanner isn't really that much better than this one, other than it can scan faster and handle more paper. I agree with the comments that this scanner should have paper guides to feed the document straighter when scanned. And if you need Neat support, then it's really marginal. I once created a ticket regarding proper cloud syncing and they basically responded by telling me to search the forums and then closing my ticket. Bad customer service. I've been using the scanner and software for over a year now and it's still working as well as when I bought it. again.
