Review on Maydear Cross Stitch Kits: Owl with Scarf - Beginner's DIY Embroidery Starter Kit, Stamped, 11CT, 3 Strands, 9.4×11 inch by Amber Perez

I got this as a fun little project/hobby for my free time. I was very confused at first because the instructions didn't explain the basic cross stitch skills. I had to look up how to start and end each color. I used to do cross stitches when I was 10 but it was only one color so this project was a bit more difficult. I finally figured it out and had a lot of fun doing it! I started knitting with white thread but ran out of thread before I could finish all the necessary sections. Really very disappointed. I followed the directions in the product bio and split each skein into two 3-strand strands. I'm debating whether to split future colors into three 2 strands or buy a second one to get more colors. I even used the threads as sparingly as possible, trying not to waste anything, unfortunately this was not enough.
