3 stars. Disadvantages first: My only complaint is important to me and may not be important to other users. The plastic clamps for screwdriver bits are very stiff. Sounds great, but when I snap tools with a larger diameter shank it takes a lot of effort to spread the clamp and insert the tool into the slot. It shakes my metal plate and every other tool every time. This is especially true for my square head screwdrivers. They don't fit well in the grooves of the clamps, pushing them apart making insertion even more difficult. Pulling them out isn't that dramatic, but it's basically a deterrent for me to put my screwdrivers back into the rack. I started storing them in the cheap mount I used before just to avoid the loud clicking and irritation. Pros: I would give this item 5 stars for the build quality, the magnet is very strong and sticks to my metal plate like a rock. The clips are very very durable plastic. As I said, my only complaint may not be relevant to someone looking for this item. If you have thinner shaft drivers or other tools, this may be just what you need.
