This item is extremely easy to install, but if you've never replaced your OEM then prepare for the fight, get your salt fork ready or brace Be prepared to remove the fork from the clutch fan cover to access the top bolt. I used a shock extension plus a metal tube as a bushing and then a 4lb mini slide to 'tap' it after 2 hours of wrestling with the OEM, the new sway bar worked great! Add an anti-seize remover if you plan to leave the vehicle for a while. Noticeable difference in vibration and smoothness of the steering wheel. I added this in combination with Rancho 9000xl front and rear shocks and couldn't be happier! I have a 2003 2500hd with 200,000 miles on it, feels like a brand new truck and now drives like a dream! I will make MSD coils and dual exhaust side by side to really open 6.0! God bless!
