Very easy to install, not sure why people say they had a hard time with it. They were literally so easy it took me a full 8 minutes to swap out a drawer. Remember, if you don't have a drill or don't know how to use a tape measure and spirit level - this project probably isn't for you. You need to take measurements and make sure your new track is straight. If you don't know how to do it, then don't buy it and then, out of your ignorance, leave a bad review about the product - it's your fault, not the manufacturer's fault. I almost didn't buy them due to the bad reviews which were clearly due to the operator - glad I bought them then they are exactly what I needed. Slide to close than before, but that's okay as it gets hit on close. Also try the soft close hinges, they were just as easy to install if not easier.
