Mediocre at edge trimming
These pliers were purchased to flush trim the ends of edges on drawers. Although they represented a significant time saver to achieve this goal compared to using a razor, they were found to be insufficient for this purpose. The edge of the knife I received had a notch about 2/3 the length of one of the blades. This created an unevenness in the strip when cutting and resulted in that segment having to be sanded flush. The blade material feels "soft" and is more likely to warp when used to cut something harder than wood or plastic.
