I was happy to find a replacement side mirror for my 2000 Tahoe that included a factory puddle light as it is hard to find in the aftermarket. This seems too good to be true as the picture and description does not reflect what was sent to me. Instead I got a motorized and heated mirror with a glossy black cover instead of the textured cover pictured. The replacement mirror also didn't have a puddle lamp (and the option to install a factory one). I've argued for a long time about even getting a mirror installed, but with so much suburban driving I needed something on the truck. After installation, I was even more disappointed to learn that the mirror glass vibrates with every movement of the truck, from engine vibrations to bumps in the road. The mirror works as advertised, apart from the lack of a puddle lamp; Unfortunately, I was expecting an aftermarket replacement that matched factory specs. If you need a mirror and aren't too concerned about getting an exact replacement, this could be a cheap alternative for you. If you're expecting a factory reproduction, keep looking.
