Follow the instructions in the video to get the best reshaping and sharpening of your bits!

Was glad to get this today. I use a lot of drill bits in my job and after a while it can get quite expensive to buy new drill bits to replace broken or dull ones. Following the tutorial video I was able to sharpen a small 1/8" drill bit, a broken 3/16" drill bit (once you get the basic shape, reorient the drill bit so you are cutting at the right angle) and I sharpened a Dewalt 3/8 pilot drill bit - it returned to normal after the step portion dulled. All in all, this product is amazing! It will save me a lot of money, that's for sure! I haven't tried brick yet.
