Wheels well finished/shaped but matte finish. In marketing photos, the circles are so shiny they appear like shiny chrome. What I received was semi-polished, not shiny. And the polishing is uneven; with the lightest part from the base of the bullet to the middle of the case. The tip of the bullet and the rim are the most blunt. And then there's the cylinder. It's cheap hollow plastic, hard, and rattles loudly as the balls move inside. When flipped, 4 of my cartridges fall out freely and 2 have to be pulled out with some effort. It's cool for a cheap novelty idea and I wouldn't gripe if they were $9.95. They might fit Old Grand Dad or similar. But to gossip about a glass of McCallum, Glenlivet or Jägermeister, I don't know.
