I only received this shampoo/conditioner yesterday so I haven't used it more than once. I've recently given in to my "new normal" color, which is a lot more silver/platinum than dark brown. I have been dying my hair my "Original" dark brown for many years. Decided to give up everything and switch to nature. I wanted to remove the yellowing that remains. This shampoo and conditioner did just that. My hair is very light and shiny and it helps my silver to contrast with my brown in a very nice way (I still have some brown left even though I'm actually more silver/platinum). I'm still getting used to not having dark hair and it's helping. As a side note (I appreciate the advice in the review sections!), I started using Anastasia Ash Blonde powder and pomade on my brows instead of my 'old' brown. Wow what a difference. Ladies, if you're going from brown to grey/platinum, try an ash blonde. Big difference! I am happy with this shampoo and conditioner combo so far and will continue to use it. The scent is pleasant, if a bit masculine. The scent is subtle and not "too" masculine.
