Works incredibly well if you follow the directions. I used it as directed and it really took the yellow out of my hair. For the next few washes I decided to add a small amount of purple shampoo to my regular shampoo to keep up with it and it seemed to work well. I will buy this again. The only thing I would add is that after using it I felt my hair was a little bit frizzy like it dried it out a bit but the next day I used the hair mask and I felt better. Some stains turn purple very quickly and some don't lighten as much. Used 6-7 times. Maybe once a week. Definitely don't count on it with #hairgoals. You have to go to someone who really knows what they're doing. This works well between hair treatments. I can't necessarily follow the instructions. Now I use a maximum of two minutes.

Only 5 minutes left! Don't panic, the purple on your hands will wash out or disappear. I used gloves but that was because I touched them after 2 minutes. My blonde breaks up quickly at the ends, so when making a fresh start, start at the roots. Leave it on the roots for 3-5 minutes first, then work towards the ends. I've tried countless different shampoos and conditioners to lighten blonde hair. This one is definitely the best. Works every time and works VERY well. Not only the products are unique, but also the packaging. They always contain very detailed, useful information that is easy to read. You can't go wrong with this product or this company.

This product suits me well. First, it's more like a tonic. For this to really work I have to leave it on, cover with a shower cap and get out of the shower for 10 minutes or more. That's not how I wash my shampoo. I usually shampoo, leave the product on for a minute or two, and then rinse out. It is effective at reducing yellow and copper tones, but almost like a toner. I only received this shampoo/conditioner yesterday so I haven't used it more than once. I've recently given in to my "new normal" color, which is a lot more silver/platinum than dark brown. I have been dying my hair my "Original" dark brown for many years. Decided to give up everything and switch to nature. I wanted to remove the yellowing that remains. This shampoo and conditioner did just that. My hair is very light and shiny and it helps my silver to contrast with my brown in a very nice way
