Plastic warps in the sun causing the area around the screws to warp. It didn't let me get a wrench or socket on my head to remove it. I had to use a hammer to smash the socket in. However, the supplied screws were so rusted that they ripped off and I couldn't unscrew them anymore. I ended up having to break the plastic cover (luckily it was so warped from the heat of the sun that it broke off easily). I then had to fold back the license plate and unscrew the license plate bracket to remove it. Once the plate and frame were off the car I couldn't get the frame off because the nuts and bolts were so rusty. Had to buy an angle grinder, cut the wheel and cut the bolts in half to get the frame off. It cost me about sixty dollars and four hours of my time plus hassle to purchase this product.
