This is a cheap plastic I don't think will last long but so far it works. Nuts are meaningless and useless. Screw caps will NOT fit. I'm not sure how they got her to fit in the photo as we did exactly what they said. The tint is the only compliment I would give it as it's a nice tint that doesn't cause problems with law enforcement not being able to see my license plate but still goes well with my car number plate.

This cover broke during installation. The material is extremely brittle and I doubt it would be very strong even if it didn't snap immediately. The frame part seems fine and they give you all the hardware you need for installation including the black screw head covers. Plastic warps in the sun causing the area around the screws to warp. It didn't let me get a wrench or socket on my head to remove it. I had to use a hammer to smash the socket in. This item didn't fit properly in the case and the case didn't fit the number plate either. Washers and screws hold it in place, but it doesn't rest on the device as advertised.
