The ease in which I was able to find, access & pay for my loved one's services online! It is such an easy process!! There really isn't anything negative about this service at all - it has been amazing. Thank God we found passarelle as our go-to provider when searching through options available locally or nationally. ! We were not even aware there would be so many choices out here (in Florida) until researching local companies/services after her passing away from cancer last year. !! It is easy to use, it has an excellent customer service department for any questions or concerns I may have during my experience there! The only thing about passare was they had some issues getting me set up as far as payment options but everything else went smoothly. They were able to get all our information in order so we could pay from home if needed which saved us time going into their office.
