You get what you pay for in this case. Makes a rattling noise. Tried 2 of them.
Don't worry if you order this part. I installed it on a 2013 Passat to replace a leaking original. After installing the first of them, a strange grinding noise was heard. I changed it to another one and it made the same noise! The car was taken to a VW dealer and they installed a new pump which fixed the noise. Waste of time and money!
