Review on WGGE Multimeter Auto Ranging Capacitance Measurement by Erik Wesley

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Outstanding accuracy for the price.

This multimeter makes full use of 9999 counts provided the user selects the correct range. For example, if you measure 0.901 VDC, you must select mV over V to get a reading of 901.2 mV. This meter is generally as accurate as the much more expensive Borbede BD-99 19999 voltmeter (4.5 digit) which costs $50 compared to the $15 for this meter. My only complaint, which is minor, is that this voltmeter does not measure resistance with an accuracy of ±0.1 ohms, despite having the necessary internal capabilities. That means if you have a 6.484 ohm precision resistor, this meter will read 6.3 ohms. Note, however, that the $50 Borbede BD-99 measures 6.19 ohms, which has more numbers but is less accurate. So for the price, this little counter is amazing value.
