As everyone else has said, the clips that hold them to the pins don't work. They have a huge amount of games; I don't understand how they can work. I see a vendor in the FAQ advising people to reuse their old clamps, which seems ridiculous. Even if the overall dimensions of the pillars are workable, the actual body length is slightly longer than the original BMW. Do not use the plastic tie that leads the wire and washer fluid hose to the hood.
