Very disappointed with our last purchase, have bought several 912 Deutz starters from db over the years. In the last 18 months we bought another and then dropped 2 of these devices on 2011td in 3 weeks. The shaft on the planetary gear broke on the last one, which took 10 days. Now it has an OEM Bosch on it and I couldn't be happier.
