You get what you pay for when it's 1/6 the price of the original item.

Very disappointed with our last purchase, have bought several 912 Deutz starters from db over the years. In the last 18 months we bought another and then dropped 2 of these devices on 2011td in 3 weeks. The shaft on the planetary gear broke on the last one, which took 10 days. Now it has an OEM Bosch on it and I couldn't be happier.

The starter motor failed after only a few minutes of operation. I returned it. It went well. Free returns, no questions asked

Great starter. Excellent price.

Exactly as advertised. Fits perfectly on my Vermeer V4150 and works great. Powerful starter. Very good quality, especially for the price. Will definitely use DB Electrical in the future.
