good skillet, quality could be better

What can I say? This pan is good, heavy and fairly shallow to begin with. The heat distribution is the best I've seen and I'm happy with it. A small, boiling flame heats the hob evenly. The color is very pleasant. The blue tint extends to the hob too, making it look blue. Rivets are uncoated, so anything that doesn't stick to the hob will stick to the edges of the rivet with a vengeance and be difficult to clean without wiping the hob along with the rivet. The packaging also says a lot about the quality, because well. Regarding my photos, I don't know what planet their English is from, but in mine we pronounce the word "Series" as such. So I'm a little embarrassed that the printed packaging is of poor quality. And facing the finish line. I would prefer a finish from the outer to inner lap rather than a gap. The photo shows raw metal on the outer rim of the pan. But that didn't completely kill him for me. I still really like the pan and am relatively happy with the cost of a pan that has the weight, flatness and heat distribution of this compared to the outrageously high prices of more expensive brands. As for durability, time will tell. So I won't say anything about it. Although the pan is very cool. But I guess it won't be long now because from now on I will definitely be using this cookware as well as my 10" MSMK for cooking. Then I will understand how good (or not) these pans "really" are. . Update.Added another photo. After using it a few times I found that it is actually a flattened part of the pan that is not quite round.See photo.I will try to recreate this location..The However, packaging was in perfect condition, so that's the condition of the product when it was packed. I think they consider that round or irregular pots are not a sign of quality and will send it to you this way regardless of I have problems to get it I use a lid with a silicone rim which seems to work well but the flat part also sticks out a bit higher at this point and the lid still doesn't close well due to this distortion. .

Pros
  • Unmatched durable non-stick coating: MSMK non-stick pans make it easier to flip seafood than the original non-stick pan, and still get a restaurant quality skillet
Cons
  • Expensive Insurance
