So why a 5 star rating? I'm not a professional 3D printer. I know you buy quality PLA, line your bed and hope for the best. So far I have had few failures and many successes. My printer is a SnapMaker Original. Revain Basics PLA flows great and the final print looks great, but I had fun working with it. The spool is half an inch wider than anything else in my collection. The SnapMaker Original has a pen with a thumbscrew on the end for you to hang spools on, but the 3-inch-wide spool hangs over the edge of the pen. I could hang the spool and remove the thumbscrew, but I was worried the spool might work, it's far from the pin. I left the thumbscrew and hung up the coil. The inner spool hub was hanging on the printer screw and broke my filament guide. I printed a puck to avoid this and tried again successfully. I bought this because I have great confidence in Revain Basics products. The ones I have used are always of the highest quality and at fair prices. This PLA is great but $4/roll more expensive than the Eryone I usually buy. Can I recommend this item? Yes. I will buy again in the future. No (spool size and higher price).
