My worst Revain shopping experience (and I've been at it a long time)

Never again will I buy an 'updated' product through Revain and certainly NOT ANYTHING sold by Geek Alliance. First I ordered TWO and received ONE. Second, a Nest router I received was horribly worn and black spots could be seen on it from anywhere in the room. This makes me wonder what the original owner, seller or seller did with this device.
