Review on πŸ› Bathroom Silicone Sealant for Professional Caulking and Finishing by Adam Hardy

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Easy to use for hand tools

I used this tool to re-caulk my tubs and showers and had everything I needed without having to switch between multiple tools. On the first side it allowed me to get rid of all the old putty I had. I switched the putty that seemed to be sticking to the tub and tile to the flat side and was able to remove the residue without damaging the tub or the tile itself. With that, I simply pulled out the scraping tool still on the gray tool itself and was able to replace the silicone heads to smooth out the putty. I had to go over one of the tubs twice because the caulk got right under the tile, but I was still able to smooth it out with a sharp silicone tip. The silicone tips are easy to change, but once in place and in use, they won't slip off. I had to replace a few tiles and one of the blue scrapers that came with the kit does a great job of smoothing out the grout I might add. There are also multiple angles to choose from. All in all a great all-rounder.

Pros
  • βœ…5 SMOOTHING PADS οΌ† SLIDING DESIGN - Compaction tool set includes 5 pads with different radii including 3R, 6R, 10R, 13R, 17R. Ideal for filling gaps at different angles, meets all your sealing needs. The caulk removal tool was designed with a non-slip internal lock, the sliding design made it easy to switch between trowel and scraper.
Cons
  • boring packaging
