I like the lock but if I could do it again I would try another one with a fingerprint scanner that has all the other features this one has and maybe , and more for about the same price, i know this company has one with a fingerprint scanner, it was way more than i was willing to pay. A few things I don't like about this lock, the auto unlock doesn't always work, now it works better than it did at first, after a lot of research make sure you're using 2.4hz wifi and you need to make sure Your Wi-Fi is on a channel that doesn't have a lot of interference. That helped me, and another thing I don't like is that the auto-lock feature isn't smart enough to know you have a door open and it automatically closes even if it's left open, and when Your wife/kids don't see the bolt is out, they slam the door to shut it and the bolt slams into your door frame and gives it a nice dent! This is why I disabled the auto lock, but some other lock manufacturers figured out how to add a sensor so your door doesn't automatically close when it's open. I would choose a lock that has this because I like the auto lock feature but I can't use it on this lock. I can't remember any brand having this feature on Auto Lock, but it was about the same price. But in general the application is good, the lock is good! Just give it a try, there are many choices, even non-branded brands are a good choice now, heck, now they're all made abroad.
