It's pretty easy to use once you get used it - I find no issues at all with this tool! The support team has been incredible as well (especially @pkorab)! They have helped us figure out some of our kinks along the way but also offer great input when we want something different/new that isn't available yet within their platform.
If they can update more frequently regarding new features then there would be less reason not to recommend them; however, if what your looking is just getting started or needs additional help setting up an account than definitely give em' another shot!! We've had success using logical software so far because its made my life SO much easier since managing ticket creation & communication internally with clients via emails etc., plus being able to add multiple sources such as twitter accounts easily makes things even smoother!
