The best filament I've ever used. Point. (This review will be everywhere but hopefully it helps) I have a closed Ender 3 with a Micro Swiss hotend. Nozzle 250°C, fan with no parts, bed 100-110°C (hotter for large parts). The temperature in the housing is maintained at 40-45°C. I use a regular textured finish or regular glass + hairspray. Without further temperature adjustments, prints at layer heights of 0.1-0.2mm are equally successful at 60mm/s or less. Higher speeds are possible, but I did not exceed this value. At 30 mm/s the quality does not improve. The strength of the layer is satisfactory. For parts that require stronger adhesion, use more than 3 walls and set the "Inner Wall Line Width" to 0.532 (assuming your nozzle is 0.4mm thick). my experience): - The first layer. Maybe crush a little more than usual. My Z offset is -0.04mm for the first layer. Speed 20mm/s and height 0.2mm. Use a visor for peace of mind. A bit of "elephant foot" can occur, but most slicers have settings to keep it to a minimum. Print in a warm, temperature-stable environment with very little or no drafts. The body is not needed. Ambient temperature even at 30°C can significantly reduce the deformation. 40c+ has completely eliminated rippling to the point where most detail is greater than 3dBenchy doesn't even need edges. Allow the heated platform to cool before removing the part, especially for parts that require accurate sizing. I use Esun PLA+ for proofs and ASA for final sketches. This yarn has a particularly pleasant matte finish that hardly changes with changes in speed or temperature. It works well with acetone and can be sanded, painted, glued, etc. It can hold heated brass inserts and self-tapping screws very well. It covers 99.9% of PLA/PETG/ABS and often exceeds it. ASA is also weather and UV resistant, making it ideal for extended outdoor use.
