Review on Indestructible Dog Chew Toys For Large Breeds - Oneisall Bone Chew Toy For Aggressive Chewers by James Vachon

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Finally a toy my dog could not destroy!

I have a 5 month old pittbull terrier/hound mix with one of the most aggressive chew drives I've encountered in a dog in long time. I'd actually caught her breaking down the keys on a nylabone teething ring literally chewing the keys into tiny bits of plastic. I decided I needed something she absolutely could not destroy in a single chewing session. I'd tried the Outward Hound Invincibles, the aforementioned Nylabone teething ring as well as their bones, the kong balls and a rubber treat tower. She managed to destroy all of them & seriously damage the latter.Despite leaving the nipping stage her chew drive is still incredible. After reading the reviews I purchased this really just hoping it held up for a few weeks compared to everything else she has managed to destroy and actually this one did pretty good!I noticed she was able to sort of carve little grooves into the ends of the bone giving the toy a sort of "textured" feeling at both ends, but she has not been able to break off any of the plastic nor break the toy either. She seems to enjoy the "flavor" of the bone and will preferentially seek it out over other chewing items I’ve purchased. I actually came back to repurchase, because we've managed to somehow lose her beloved bone, and decided to write this review for any who might be hesitating with the purchase. I'm finally happy I found something Star actually can't destroy but also loves to play with!

Pros
  • Resistant to extreme temperatures and weather conditions
Cons
  • The toy may not be suitable for dogs who have had previous dental work, such as extractions
