Excellent Chew Toy in my review

My dog Elvis, is a Begadore about 50 lbs., and an aggressive chewer he destroys every toy within minutes of getting it! He even shreds tennis balls. I usually buy him antlers or hooves, edible chews because he does eat the toys he chews. Ive tried other non-destructible chew toys which he quickly destroys. I got this one because it was a good price and had great reviews. He loves this "'bone" it is his favorite go to, even over his antlers! The ends get a little rough, but so far it has held up

Pros
  • ✦Remark: we love our dogs as well as you do. Our bones are durable, but not indestructible, for aggressive chewers replace it every 6 months.
Cons
  • The bone shape may cause confusion for dogs and could potentially encourage destructive chewing of real bones

THE ONLY TOYS they have not shredded UPDATE after 8 months !

Ok, so i was skeptical at first and about to give up. The Tan Pit bull is a chewing machine when not sleeping, I bought two, and he wouldn't touch it until my bully started on his, now they both go to town, these pics were after within 2 weeks of purchase. I will probably get rid of them once they get real sharp edges and knawed down but for the time being they are good to go. I am happy will purchase again for sure ! UPDATE ********* Last photo ( dark picture ) is taken approx 8 months later…

Pros
  • Dogs
Cons

My dog loves it! He can't get enough of it.

My dog is a heavy chewer and he usually go through a Nylabone every couple of weeks. Only dura chew/heavy-chew works for my dog since most other dog chew toys wear out too quick and leave dangerous chucks or sharp edges. I get the same nylabone all the time, but this Christmas I want to get him something special and fun. I found this femur bone and my dog is absolutely crazy about it. He carries around house and chew all the time! I think it would last a long time since he barely scratched the…

Pros
  • Cleans teeth and promotes healthy dental habits
Cons
  • The toy may not be suitable for dogs with trauma or anxiety issues

Great for aggressive chewers!

Our 6 month golden retriever can destroy a toy in a few hours, even ones that says it’s for aggressive chewers. We bought just about every toy imaginable, while the Kong’s are good my dog doesn’t seem to enjoy them and they aren’t even used. This bone holds up a good month and half before our dog needs a new one. This truly is worth the money, and the scent makes our dog want to chew on it and nothing else because of the bacon smell. We bought the medium size originally and our puppy has grown…

Pros
  • Great for interactive playtime and bonding with your dog
Cons
  • The toy may not be safe for unsupervised play

Perfect for my Jack Russel

This, along with some other toys, just came about 20 minutes ago and my JR just won’t leave it alone, she’s been chewing on it for about 15 minutes straight. I have a 1 yr old Labradoodle that’s been hounding her trying to get it for herself(even though she got her own new toys today.) and the JR gets really upset if she gets too close lol. There’s only a few thing the JR likes this much.It seems very sturdy and I doubt it’ll be destroyed any time soon. I’d definitely recommended this to anyone

Pros
  • ✦Keep his teeth healthy, let him chew and enjoy the bacon flavor taste of his new toy.
Cons
  • The toy may not be suitable for senior dogs with sensitive teeth or gums

We found a new favorite bone that he can’t destroy!

While my little guy is only 35 lbs, he is an EXTREMELY DESTRUCTIVE chewer. He destroys almost every toy that is labeled for "aggressive chewers” in under 30 minutes. I decided to try this bone and am so glad I did! We received the bone on Tuesday and today is Sunday and he has yet to destroy it! He has left indents on the ends but has not been able to break off any pieces to eat! It’s easy for him to hold to chew and keeps him occupied for almost an hour at a time. He grabs this bone to bring…

Pros
  • Versatile enough for use indoors and outdoors
Cons
  • The toy may not be suitable for active or athletic dogs who require more stimulation

Revainrating 4 out of 5

seems durable, but my dogs don’t like it.

so far my dogs have not chewed through it or broken it in any way. however, my dogs do not really like this toy at all. they tried chewing on it with not much excitement for a couple of days but have now completely abandoned it. the bone does what is advertised but i will not be repurchasing just because my dogs both hate it.

Pros
  • Made from non-toxic, safe, and environmentally friendly materials
Cons
  • The toy may not be suitable for dogs with a history of destructive chewing behavior

Didn't last 15 minutes

This was the final nail in my coffin for buying manufactured chew toys for my dogs. I have a beagle puppy that loves to chew and sadly ate through the corner of this in a matter of minutes. I had to call Revain but I got my money back because it's not edible and became a choking hazard right away. If my little 10 month old beagle could get chunks of this off before I had time to sit down, imagine what a bigger dog could do with it. No thanks.

Pros
  • Unique bone shape provides a satisfying chewing experience
Cons
  • The toy may not be suitable for all stages of a dog's life, such as puppyhood or senior years

Excellent quality and a real finger saver. We got a new puppy several months ago and had forgotten how much the chew and destroy things including our fingers. This is a great size for both smaller and larger dogs our puppy is a small breed and he doesn't have any problem with the size or weight of this chew toy. We play , pull and throw this plastic bone for our puppy everyday sometimes for hours a day and this is holding up to the punishment great he has already destroyed several pairs of…

Pros
  • 7.01 x 3.86 x 1.3 inches; 2.56 Ounces
Cons
  • The toy may have a strong odor that some dogs and humans may find unpleasant

Really good for aggressive chewers

My baby girl has really bad seperation anxiety, and this was one of the best toys i could have bought for her. She was chewing through everything stuffed, and i worried that she wouldnt be attracted to a plastic bone, but she took that thing everywhere! I will say, if your animal is extremely aggressive with their chewing, do not leave them unsupervised with this ever, they can get chunks of plastic off. I know it is technically edible, but im sure it doesnt feel too good going down, or coming

Pros
  • Helps prevent destructive chewing behavior in dogs
Cons
  • The toy may be too heavy for some dogs to carry and may cause injury or strain

Smaller than expected

My grand puppy loves this toy! She is a bully mix so her jaws are very strong. She loves to chew and finding things that won't be destroyed in 10.2 seconds is always a challenge. She got this for Christmas and its still in good shape. Because it is a harder toy she likes to throw it around and she can easily grip it to chew on it. If your dog is a chewer I recommend this.

Pros
  • Improves mental stimulation and reduces boredom
Cons
  • The toy may not be as appealing to dogs as other toys on the market

My puppy loves this chew toy

My puppy is an aggressive chewer and has chewed pieces off of other chew toys so I was worried she’d swallow a piece. I found this chew toy but purchased a larger one by accident but she loved it even though it was a little heavy for her. I am keeping that one too because she likes it. However when I received this smaller one today she was ecstatic! She immediately took it to her blanket and started chewing it. I’m so impressed with the quality and the practically indestructible design. Her…

Pros
  • Pet Supplies
Cons
  • The toy may not be durable enough to withstand aggressive chewing from some dogs

Durable but smelly for my opinion

Well pros: durable. It’s very hard and almost has a plastic type feel, but it’s incredibly durable. Teething won’t break it down. Throwing it on the floor won’t damage it. It can be rinsed off, kept clean, and used.Cons: it smells like the beef bladder treats I once got my dog and the smell is pretty strong. It’s slowly disappearing, but still there. My puppy is interested in it, but teething didnt zone her in on this one product.Overall it was a decent purchase!

Pros
  • Got it for a friend's dog and he loves it
Cons
  • The bone design may pose a choking hazard for some dogs

Indestructible Chew Bone

Indestructible: No such thing BUT this one comes as close as any I’ve bought. And believe me, I’ve bought plenty. As with all chews you need to keep your eye on your pet when chewing. My papillon figured out if she chewed in the same area all of the time the bone would weaken and she could break off little pieces of the ends. That’s when I had to take it away. It took her about 8 days of chewing to figure this out. She’s had chews in the past that didn’t last more than an hour. I definitely…

Pros
  • Can be filled with treats to provide extra entertainment for dogs
Cons
  • The toy may not be a good option for dogs who prefer soft or plush toys

Decent power chew toy

My dog chews through everything and this held up longer than other "power chewer" toys. It did eventually start to lose little bits of plastic (like all the other brands)--after about 1 month of daily chewing. I probably should have tossed it at that point, but I still let her play with it occasionally (supervised so she doesn't swallow the bits of plastic). The pictures are from about 10 months after purchase. The only regret I have is buying this and not having carpeted floors. It is…

Pros
  • Chew Toys
Cons
  • The toy may be made with harmful chemicals or materials

Too hard for our puppy. Like plastic, not chewy.

This was a waste of money. Our puppy rips up all his chew toys so we bought this one. However he won't chew on it because it's too hard. Also I'm kinda worried it might hurt his teeth since it's so hard. Our puppy is 6 pounds. I feel like this is partially my fault. However I do think it would better if they said thats it is hard like plastic instead of chewy. Then I wouldn't have bought it. 3 stars.Edited to add: I got the strong version (this one is for power chewers) and its much better. It…

Pros
  • Recommended by veterinarians and professional dog trainers
Cons
  • The toy may not be as safe as advertised and could pose a hazard to dogs or humans

Super durable and my dogs love it

I previously reviewed at 4 stars. Upgrading to 5 stars. Draw backs, its heavy and is NOT forgiving in the house. Pluses? Everything else.My dogs destroy everything! All these you can't kill em bones, they destroy. Found a rubber stick one that the love. But its poop in 3 days. These bones CAN NOT be destroyed. And better than that, the dogs prefer it to everything else. The rubber stick is now able to be taken wherever and it's the "play" stick and they no longer have any intention or…

Pros
  • Helps develop healthy jaw muscles in dogs
Cons
  • The toy may have small parts that could be swallowed, leading to digestive problems or blockages

Finally a toy my dog could not destroy!

I have a 5 month old pittbull terrier/hound mix with one of the most aggressive chew drives I've encountered in a dog in long time. I'd actually caught her breaking down the keys on a nylabone teething ring literally chewing the keys into tiny bits of plastic. I decided I needed something she absolutely could not destroy in a single chewing session. I'd tried the Outward Hound Invincibles, the aforementioned Nylabone teething ring as well as their bones, the kong balls and a rubber treat tower.

Pros
  • Resistant to extreme temperatures and weather conditions
Cons
  • The toy may not be suitable for dogs who have had previous dental work, such as extractions

Great bone which wasn't destroyed or broken!

Great for my dog when she was chewing all her toys up and wrecking them. Loved this. My only dislike was that it became sharp in the places were she gnawed at it a lot. It ended up being a weapon that she would put in my leg or pike me if I picked it up wrong.

Pros
  • Resistant to wear and tear, decreasing the amount of money spent on toy replacement
Cons
  • The toy may not be environmentally friendly and could contribute to waste

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Very Rugged but 1 dog won't use it.

I bought three of these. Our older lab loves it. The nine-month-old puppy likes it well enough to pick it up occasionally. The four-year-old mix breed, who spends hours and hours a day chewing it won't touch it.

Pros
  • Comes in multiple colors to choose from
Cons
  • The toy may not be as sturdy as advertised and could pose a risk to dogs who chew aggressively
