Review on 🥊 Ringside Double End Bag for Boxing Training - Sizes: 5", 7" and 9" by Brian Evans

This is my first reversible bag. I love it. Inflating the bladder was easy. The bag comes with two strong elastic cords with hooks. I use the long one at the bottom but I use the rope at the top to give the bag the right height. I've been training twice a week for 15-20 minutes for the last year. I find I may need to add air every 2 months or so. The bladder is still in good condition. I wrapped the edges of the elastic cord's metal hooks with some tape, otherwise they can get pretty scratchy on the skin. less predictable on impact. This bag really helped me develop boxing skills that I would never have learned by just hitting a heavy bag.
