I like that it is easy to use and you can do so from anywhere with an internet connection. Sometimes I get confused between all of the different icons but everything else seems great! We are saving tons of time by being able to access these documents instantly when we need them instead of searching through them one at a time. Also, since this is online, there's no file loss should anything happen to our computer. Just be sure to have some patience as certain functions may not work very well sometimes (e.g., finding specific keywords). As mentioned above, it takes some getting used to but once you've figured out what each icon does, things start going smoothly. It makes it much easier to find important information quickly without having to spend excessive amounts of time doing research. I like how easy it is to use keeper since all of my documents are stored online with Dropbox (and now Google Drive). It makes searching so much easier when you don't have access right away! Sometimes there's some lag if one person saves at once but that can be resolved by waiting until later hours/days etc.. If everyone were using this tool then organization would flow naturally without having folders everywhere!!
