Damn! When the big earthquake hit I didn't want to get stuck trying to figure out how to pull the spool out of this hose. So I decided to heat some water and warm it up a bit. The hardest part: Finding something wide enough to even help. wok! Note: Do not heat the wok, I think you will find the hose sticking to the metal. Instead, add very hot water and then add a hose. Once you've heated the hose you can probably wrap a piece of string around each end and hang it on something with a small weight on the other end. Photo #2 shows how much smaller the roll was, even without hanging (the tubing arrived shrink wrapped the size of the label shown in both pictures).
