Review on 🍳 Nordic Ware Non-Stick Two Burner Griddle, 10.3 x 17.4 inches by Craig Pears

USE LOW HEAT :) light, comfortable, easy to clean

I have a two burner pan - it covers my two burner pan, I've tried both front to back and left to right and it fits both ways. I think it got such bad reviews because maybe people were cooking to a high standard. I just happened to get a two burner cast iron skillet and have been cooking on high and low results - I found that I had to use low to medium heat for this. So I decided I would try low heat. I put oil on it (which I can't do with cast iron), put it on a slow fire and let it heat up while I make the pancakes. I think people's pans warp because they're probably using medium to high heat - and on this I ask the manufacturer of both the cast iron and that why don't you write in big letters all over the advertising and packaging - are you using low heat? light weight, especially compared to cast iron heats and cooks food quickly easy to store fits on two gas burners saves a lot of time - you can cook 2-3 pancakes at a time in a pan with non-stick coating or oil on it and nothing will stick to them, unlike one cast iron griddle - only good for 6 1/4 cup pancakes unless I get it wrong. A standard cup of pancake mix serving makes 8 pancakes, so I can't make all of the pancakes at once, but I think that's the size limit of both pans. low so there is nothing to stop the spatula but I do. I would suggest getting one with a back plate for pancakes - it might be better for sausages etc (food that doesn't need to be turned). Maybe aluminum isn't for you as it seeps into your food. When using cast iron, the iron also penetrates the food, which can be good news for anemic/menstruating women, but not good for men who are unable to release iron. I get a tinny taste after eating from it, but it could be for a reason other than the pan. I am not sure. I'll test more over time, so in general I recommend. If it's cast iron, cast iron will last for years, but it's very heavy and needs constant seasoning. Food can also easily stick to it. he loves a cast iron reversible skillet/grill to cook his steak. I am definitely not a chef, but much more a maid. I so wish they made this in four pan sizes, the only one available that I found is another brand and 18lbs.
