I wanted to be able to carry a bottle of Yeti Rambler on my bike, but the standard cages are clearly not big enough. After reading reviews of several oversized cargo cages, I chose Blackburn for several reasons: 1) price; The Outpost Cargo cage was significantly cheaper than other cages. And 2) it seemed like the best option for larger water bottles since it has silicone straps. My main concern was securing this to the frame between my legs; Most people seem to mount them on forks, so I was worried the Yeti Rambler would get in my legs. It wasn't a problem at all. In fact, I can even fit a stainless steel growler with ease. (YMMV - I'm 6ft and quite wide at the hips so this could be a problem for Skinner). Yeti Rambler fits perfectly. The growler also fits perfectly, although I had to thread the straps through the handles for a more secure fit. Can't wait for my next pub crawl.
