I was blown away by this material. It turned out really nice and cost us less than $100. Hooray! It was a lot of work, but it was a lot easier than the tiling we did in the previous reflection properties. This is (hopefully) our forever home and we plan to update the kitchen at some point so we don't have to spend a ton of money. I liked this design and decided to go with it. Be sure to get a good precision knife and I also used a cutting mat and measuring square. The level was helpful too, although it's VERY forgiving if you use the same design. We also received two different batches, which concerned me, but you can hardly tell from the finished product. I sanded all the edges (not pictured) which really made the tile look real. I applied a tiny dab of Gorilla Glue to each corner that popped out and pressed them back down. It held up very well for several months and was very easy to install once I got the hang of it! However the panels are very sticky so once you stick them on it will be difficult to put them back on to align them!
