The dimming function does not work.
Installed today with a new Hunter fan. Works well, easy installation, clear instructions. The dimming function does not work at all. You have to hold down the light button. darken up or down. All I get is on or off. The instructions state that for CFL lamps there is a sensor that disables the dimming function. But I use dimmable LED bulbs so that should work. I have tried fan lamps as well as other dimmable lamps. NO DIM. By the way, it would be nice if the remote would light up when used like many other Hunter remotes. This does not light up when in use. I really need a dimming function, but I won't break the fan to install another remote control.
