Great Egg Poacher. Best in Cookware
Works well and easy to clean. I've always found it helpful to coat metal egg cups with oil before adding the eggs, and with this product I do oil a very thin layer of oil on the inside of the cups, but that may not be necessary. And there's the added benefit of having a small, copper-lined pot. I would suggest using a medium-low heat if using a non-water pan. I've found that copper-coated pans heat up quickly on medium and then lower the temperature. High temperature settings can damage the pan.
