Review on Nexus EHR by Fisseha Rodgers

The software has many features that are easy to navigate through. I like how it allows me to make notes in my own handwriting which helps with documentation. The interface could be improved by adding more icons or making some easier to find. For example, when you click "patient education", there's only one option (which should have been at least two). Not much else - great product! We use Nexus as our practice administrative system & provider portal. I like that it has all my providers in one place instead having multiple software programs with different functions (EKG's/Lab results). Sometimes when you go back into your chart there are errors or things don't sync up correctly so be sure everything looks correct before printing out discharge instructions! This program allows us at our practice access from anywhere we can have internet which makes patient care easier as well since they do not need physical copies anymore!!
