Nexus EHR Review

The software has many features that are easy to navigate through. I like how it allows me to make notes in my own handwriting which helps with documentation. The interface could be improved by adding more icons or making some easier to find. For example, when you click "patient education", there's only one option (which should have been at least two). I love how easy it was once setup (it took about 15 minutes), but even more so that there were no issues after implementation! The interface can be easily understood by anyone who has basic computer knowledge or someone with limited technical skill sets as well - everything you need in one place without having multiple applications installed through different channels. I like that it has most all my providers in one place so if i need something from someone else they are there as well! The interface could use some work but not terrible at this point either - just needs more time/effort put into development by our team (which we don't have).
