Good durability - very happy with this product.
Some people say their lightbulbs burn out too quickly. The manufacturer recommends running them for no more than three hours a day to maximize lamp life. Since I've had night lizards I've been using them three hours a day about three days a week and haven't had any problems - I'm still using my first lamp. They radiate heat and help create a temperature gradient inside the tank.
