Used these to replace my soft gas shocks on my Rv. Now it seems that I received an opened package, possibly a return, but product worked well for a while (about 10-12 uses) then plastic end pieces broke apart, possibly a return to Revain with a fault. The seller was very helpful and exchanged these out with a new sealed pair sent directly from them. These are working well and I have been constantly testing them after install with no sign of failure.A good buy and excellent customer service .
