We had great seller customer service. When installing these, DO NOT pop off the retaining clips. Merely loosen then with the screwdriver until the strut pops on the knob and pull out the screwdriver. I popped one of my clips off and it bent the clip so it wouldn't work. I told the seller about it, and they sent me a brand new replacement. Awesome. Needed stronger struts after upgrading camper bed. I confirmed that the struts I received were the ones I ordered (20 inch 150lb) even though the label showed 20 in 15 … 65 Pound. I wouldn’t consider these to be specifically for toy boxes/chests but more along the lines for a vehicle that uses these for a replacement strut on a hatch. Either way with some ingenuity I managed to make them work for a toy chest that I made. They seem extremely durable and seem to work very well if you have the tools to make them do so. Used these to replace my soft gas shocks on my Rv. Now it seems that I received an opened package, possibly a return, but product worked well for a while (about 10-12 uses) then plastic end pieces broke apart, possibly a return to Revain with a fault. The seller was very helpful and exchanged these out with a new sealed pair sent directly from them.
