For the price ($10) they're ok. It would be asking too much to expect a beautifully designed, well-made product for the price paid. The edges left on tools after cutting ejection holes are MUCH sharper than the portion of the tool that is intended to be cut. Rather evil. I filed these edges first so they wouldn't intersect. Hole punching was fine on paper (#400 wet and dry). On a thicker material (ice and water protection - roofing material) they also coped well. Yes, the storage bag is cheap. but he's holding a set of stamps. The latches can survive multiple openings/closings. I bought this kit to cut some holes in leather/plastic. They are perfect for this purpose. If I used them more than infrequently I would buy a better quality tool. It's about getting what you pay for. They don't cost much and you won't get many tools for that price. Paying $40 to $50 for a pair of holes in leather would be expensive. These brands perfectly justify what I expect from them (not much).
