Review on King Kooker JRC Jalapeno Corer by Liz Hamilton

This is a simple, strong, handy little jalapeno core tool perfect for carving peppers for poppers. What used to be a huge task of blanching, slicing and scraping with a spoon is now done in minutes, with fresh peppers keeping them crispy! Sometimes it takes more than one pass to extract all of the pulp, but it's not difficult to use. The only thing I don't like about it, and the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is that the handle is just part of the blade and your hand slides up and down when using it. There's no plastic or padding, so the sides kind of dig into your palm when held. It's not too bad if you're just making, say, 6 or 12 peppers or something. But if you make a lot of pepper, this pen can really irritate your hand! Or maybe I'm just a wimp and need to blister lol. I recommend this tool.
